LG G7 Render Appears Online, Sports Thin Bezels

The LG G7 will probably be announced at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona next month, even though a recent rumorsuggested that it will drop in March, and the alleged LG G7 render has just surfaced online. If you take a look at the provided image, you will see the phone itself, while the source claims that this is an official render of the device. As you can see, the device sports extremely thin bezels, just like the LG V30, and its display sports curved corners. It seems like two cameras are included on the phone’s front side, as you can see in the top left corner of its front side, and the phone seems to sports a frame made out of metal.

On the left-hand side of this smartphone, it is rather easy to sport volume up and volume down keys, while we, unfortunately, did not get an image of the device’s back side, but the phone will probably ship with a glass back, just like its predecessor, and the LG V30. We cannot confirm that this is an official render, of course, but it is possible, it is similar enough to the LG V30 to be real, but on the other hand, it’s also quite possible that this is just a really solid render made by a third-party source.

The LG G7 will almost certainly sport an 18:9 display aspect ratio, and a fingerprint scanner will probably be placed on its back, where a dual camera setup will be located as well. The LG G7 is, just like its predecessors, expected to sport with one regular RGB rear-racing camera, and one ultra wide-angle snapper. The phone is expected to ship with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 64-bit octa-core processor, even though a recent rumor claimed that LG will utilize the Snapdragon 835 instead.

LG will probably include 6GB of RAM on the inside of this phone, and the device will ship with at least 64GB of internal storage. The LG G7 is also expected to sport wireless charging (Qi standard), while Android 8.0 Oreo will come pre-installed on the phone, along with LG’s custom UI. Now, the company had already confirmed that the phone will be called the LG G7, and that it will sport Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 4.0 fast charging standard.
