Mobile screen folding (foldable) looks like being ogled a number of recent smartphone vendors. Well, now turn to LG reported a folding screen phone patent applications.
As for patents LG is registered at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Interestingly, there is only one registered patent, but two patents shaped concept.
By LG , as quoted detikINET from Phone Arena , Thursday (25/01/2018), in his patent, written information read 'device is mobile with a flexible display that can be folded in half'. The first version is described showing the two body handsets in each side, with a screen that can be folded in half.
When folded, the device resembles a smartphone and has scenes ' always on '. However, when unfolded, its form resembles a tablet.

Meanwhile, the second version is slightly similar to the first. The big difference only when the phone is folded. Part of the second screen still displays on the screen first. Later, there will be a bar that can be used to display an icon or other data.

LG own register this patent since July 2017. However, the new WIPO release a few weeks ago. With the existence of these patents, LG joined Samsung, ZTE, and Microsoft in the competition working on folding screen phones.
